Forbes Meat Company world tour is taking us to Indonesia this week. We’re making Beef Rendang. This amazing dish will consist of beef shanks slow roasted in a sauce of coconut milk, ginger, garlic, challots, tamarind, turmeric, palm sugar, cumin, cardamom, clove, star anise, corriander, fennel, lemon grass, and a few red chilies. The recipe is from this amazing book “Meat”! The meal includes the beef rendang, jasmine rice, and an award winning, Mangosteen tamarind, whiskey sour cocktail, created by Jackie Tran. Only 10 meals will be available and it will be on a first come first serve basis. The meal serves 2-4
